Which app do I need?
The smart products were developed in collaboration with Tuya. You can download the Tuya app from the app or Play Store and connect it to your smart device.
Is there a warranty on my order?
At VidiPet you always have a 6-month warranty with your purchase!
Do you ship outside the EU?
VidiPet is a Dutch company and focuses primarily on the Netherlands and its neighbors. We do not ship outside Europe.
What is your return policy?
You always have a 30-day return policy after your purchase. Make sure your product is returned undamaged and in its original box. If anything is wrong after 30 days and within your warranty period, please contact us!

Do you ship outside the Netherlands?
Yes! We ship to almost all European countries, but our products are primarily developed for and in the Netherlands.
